HUMANS BEING
Hey folks - I’m Lisa Udelson. I live in Los Angeles, am in my mid sixties, and feel like thirty-three but with more life experience. In 2015, a rare blood disorder threatened my life, then saved it. These essays reflect my experiences and observations before, during and after survival, as just another flawed goofball on the planet.
I’m an award-winning filmmaker, mom, meditator, and graduate of the UCLA Training in Mindfulness Facilitation Program. I hope my writing will amuse you, inspire you, and invite you to make brave choices. Once weekly, I’ll be sharing true stories with a little mindfulness thrown in.
